Independent Board Member
Jamie is currently the Managing Director of Spinnaker Capital and The Bollard Group where he helps manage one of the largest family offices in the US. He has extensive experience growing asset management businesses. Jamie was President of Fidelity’s Private Wealth Management Company from 1997 to 2001 and led its growth from $1B to $25B in assets under management. At Fidelity, he had several senior roles, including leading the Retail Retirement business and heading up marketing for the Institutional business. Subsequently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for Prudential Financial from 2008 to 2010.
Jamie’s financial accreditations include FINRA Series 24, 7, 65, and 63 licenses and he is a Certified Investment Management Analyst and Certified Hedge Fund Professional. He has an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree from University North Carolina – Chapel Hill.

John has over 20 years of experience in investment analysis and research. He is the former Director of Research for Fidelity Investments. Prior to Fidelity, he was an Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager with Montgomery Asset Management and a Senior Global Analyst with Sanford C Bernstein. John is a co-founder of Abundant Ventures and Longbridge Financial and currently serves as Chief Investment Officer for Financial Recovery Technologies.
John has a Master’s Degree in Finance and East Asian Studies from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and History from Colgate University where he also played Division 1 Hockey.

Chief Executive Officer
Asheesh joined Covestor in 2011 and established Covestor's Boston office in November 2012. His first entrepreneurial venture was at the age of 27, when he founded CircleLending which helped pioneer the business of peer-to-peer lending within social networks. The company was acquired by Richard Branson's Virgin Group in 2007 and Asheesh served as CEO of Virgin Money USA, the American arm of Virgin’s consumer financial services business until 2009. Prior to Covestor, Asheesh served as Global Head of Financial Advisor Products at Lipper, a Thomson Reuters company. He began his career as a consultant with the Monitor Group and the World Bank.
Asheesh serves on the Financial Advisory Committee of St. Antony’s College at Oxford University, and is on the board of Young Presidents’ Organization in Boston, CFED, and Babson Global. He was selected as one of Boston's Top 40 under 40 by the Boston Business Journal and is active in the community.
Asheesh is a graduate of the Wharton School and Oxford University, where he was a Commonwealth Scholar.

Partner, Spark Capital
Todd Dagres is a founder and General Partner of Spark Capital. He has led Spark’s investments in Covestor, Intune Networks, Kateeva, Menara Networks and Verivue.
Todd was previously a General Partner and Executive Committee Member at Battery Ventures. There he led the Communications Investment practice while focusing on the media, entertainment and communications industries. Some of his investments at Battery include Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ:AKAM), Qtera (acquired by Nortel Networks), XCOM (acquired by Level 3 Communications), Redstone (acquired by Siemens), River Delta Networks (acquired by Motorola), Broadbus Technologies (acquired by Motorola), Arbor Networks and Cedar Point Communications.
Todd was named to the Forbes Midas List, which ranks top venture capitalists who have created the most wealth for their investors, three times. He was also named to the 2008 Hollywood IT List by AlwaysOn, which features the top entertainment executives and dealmakers in information technology.
Prior to Battery Ventures, Todd was Principal and Senior Technology Analyst at Montgomery Securities; Senior Technology Analyst and Vice President at Smith Barney/Robinson Humphrey; Vice President of Communications at the Yankee Group; and Business Development Manager for Networks and Communications at Digital Equipment Corporation.
Todd Dagres holds an MBA from Boston University and a BS in psychology from Trinity College, Hartford, CT.

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Amadeus Capital Partners
Anne Glover is Chief Executive and Co-founder of Amadeus Capital Partners, the European technology investor. Amadeus has £460m of funds under management and has backed over 60 companies covering computer hardware and software, mobile and fixed communications technologies, clean technologies and medical technologies.
Ms Glover was Chairman of the British Venture Capital Association (BVCA) from 2004 to 2005, having been a member of the Council that runs the organisation since 1999, and was also a member of Sir David Walker’s high level private equity working group in 2007. She is currently a non-executive director of the UK government's Technology Strategy Board and chaired the committee on government procurement from SMEs in 2008. She is also a member of the London Business School’s Private Equity Institute Advisory Board, a member of the Women’s Enterprise Task Force and serves on the board of Optos and Glysure.
Before founding Amadeus, Ms Glover was a business angel and Chief Operating Officer of Apax-backed company, Virtuality Group, which listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1993. Prior to this she worked with Bain & Co. in Boston for five years before returning to the UK to join Apax Partners & Co, investing in early stage companies.
Ms Glover began her career with Cummins Engine Company, the global leader in diesel engine design and production. She holds an MA in Metallurgy and Materials Science from Clare College, Cambridge and a Masters in Public and Private Management from Yale. In June 2006 she was awarded a CBE for services to business. In July 2008 Ms Glover was elected an honorary fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.

Partner, Union Square Ventures
Albert combines over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience with an in-depth technology background. As an entrepreneur, he has founded or co-founded five companies, including a management consulting firm (in Germany), a hosted data analytics company, a technology subsidiary for Telebanc (now E*Tradebank), an early stage investment firm, and most recently (with his wife), DailyLit, a service for reading books by email or RSS. Albert also served as the president of del.icio.us through the company's sale to Yahoo.
His technology background goes back to winning the German national computer science competition at age 18. Albert graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College in economics and computer science and holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology from MIT. He has managed technology projects for organizations as diverse as Tacoda (startup) and Telebanc (leading Internet bank).

Founder
A former investment banker with Dillon Read & Co., Rikki has founded a number of companies in the financial information and online industry, two of which were subsequently purchased by Thomson Financial Services and Merrill Lynch & Co. He is an active personal investor in both private equity and private markets.
Rikki holds a BA in History from Oxford University, a MBA in finance from Columbia Business School and Series 65.

Rob is an entrepreneurial executive with deep marketing roots and a strong e-commerce background.
Rob has been CEO of three early- to mid-stage companies and has also led businesses within several Fortune 500 firms.
He has in depth industry experience in financial services. During his 14 years at Schwab, he helped build Schwab’s brand image and establish its leading online presence.
Recently, Rob was CEO of insurance.com, where he led a turnaround that resulted in selling the company’s lead generation business to QuinStreet and spinning off the insurance agency to shareholders. Rob also served as CMO of 21st Century and Prosper Marketplace.
Rob’s marketing roots were planted at Colgate Palmolive, where he led several well-known household brands. Later in his career, he leveraged his consumer marketing expertise as CEO of One Day University.
Rob earned an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School and his BA from Franklin & Marshall College.
